Research Purchasing FAQ
Laboratory procurement, material traceability, analytical documentation, and handling requirements.
Research access
What materials does Polymer supply?
Polymer supplies materials exclusively for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research. Procurement requires the ability to receive, handle, store, and dispose of research materials in accordance with laboratory procedures and applicable requirements. Account holders must confirm they are at least 21 and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. See our Terms.
Which research settings can request access?
The access form accommodates independent laboratories, academic and nonprofit research, commercial laboratories, and other research organizations. An organization field is optional. All applicants must provide accurate research context and attest to the laboratory-use restrictions.
What does the research-access process record?
Email verification confirms access to the supplied email address. The profile and signed attestation record the declared research setting and laboratory-use commitments. This process does not independently certify professional credentials, institutional affiliation, or laboratory facilities. See Research access.
What commitments are recorded in the attestation?
The attestation records laboratory-only use, lawful receipt and handling, review of material documentation, and accurate identity and research context. The current access period is 12 months; renewal may be required, and access may be suspended if the supplied information is inaccurate. The attestation does not override material restrictions or applicable requirements.
What is the permitted research scope?
Materials are supplied exclusively for laboratory investigation, analytical work, and in-vitro research. Not for human or animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, or treatment. These restrictions apply to every supplied material, including complimentary research materials.
What documentation and procurement support is available?
Polymer Support assists with research-account access, procurement, order records, shipping, material identification, and available lot-specific analytical documentation. Include the order number or material name, labeled quantity, and complete lot identifier so the relevant records can be located.
Procurement & delivery
Who operates Polymer, and how can a laboratory contact support?
Polymerpeptides.com is owned and operated by Polymer Brands LLC. Contact Polymer Support or email support@polymerpeptides.com. Include the order number and a concise description of the documentation or procurement inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential research protocols.
Which destinations and shipping services are available?
Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout before an order is placed. Review the options for the laboratory’s receiving address and consult the Shipping Policy.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the payment options actually available at checkout for your order. If you have a payment question or do not see a suitable method, contact support before submitting payment. Do not send payment-card details by email or chat.
How are processing and transit times determined?
Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Weekends, carrier holidays, address verification, and other delays can affect timing. A carrier service duration refers to transit rather than the complete interval from procurement to receipt. Contact support before ordering to confirm timing for a scheduled laboratory receiving window; carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
How do I track my shipment?
Tracking information is provided when an order ships. Allow time for the carrier’s first scan, then use the tracking link for updates. If tracking is missing or does not progress, contact support with your order number.
Can I cancel an order or correct an address?
Contact support promptly with your order number and the requested change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started or the package has been handed to the carrier. See the Refund and Return Policy.
What if an item is damaged, incorrect, missing, or delayed?
Contact support as soon as possible with the order number, relevant tracking details, and photographs of the item, label, and packaging where helpful. If tracking says delivered, first check nearby delivery locations, parcel lockers, your building office, and the carrier. Each case is reviewed individually; possible resolutions include replacement, reshipment, refund, credit, or carrier follow-up.
Can I return a product or request a refund?
Request help before sending anything back. Research materials require specific return authorization and instructions. Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. The Refund and Return Policy explains the process.
Material lots & analytical records
How is a material lot matched to its analytical report?
Match the material name, labeled quantity or strength, and complete lot identifier on the container to the Batch COA catalog. Compare the sample identifiers, methods, and testing scope in the complete report. A QR code links to documentation; it is not an analytical identity test or authentication result.
Why might a Polymer batch have a Chameleon laboratory report?
Transferred inventory retains its original Chameleon batch identifiers and laboratory report attribution. The original report is not reissued merely because the inventory is offered through Polymer. Match the exact material, strength, and lot; contact support if the relationship between the label and report is unclear.
What if my batch is missing, pending, or does not match?
An unpublished or pending result is not a passing result. Do not substitute a certificate for another lot or strength. Contact support with the product, strength, full batch identifier, and a label photograph. If you already hold the material, keep it separate from research use while the discrepancy is resolved.
What sample does a COA describe?
A COA describes the submitted sample identified in the report and the analytical methods and results recorded for that sample. It does not establish that each container was individually tested or that a different lot or labeled quantity has identical results. See the COA guide for sample identifiers and method interpretation.
How do identity, chromatographic purity, and measured content differ?
Identity testing evaluates whether the analyzed sample is consistent with the expected material. Chromatographic purity describes the relative detected signal under the stated method. Measured content quantifies material using the report’s assay and units. HPLC area percentage is not a mass measurement and does not establish the labeled quantity in a container. Sterility, endotoxin, residual solvents, metals, and other attributes require their own reported test scopes; a result for one attribute must not be presented as a result for another.
Where is the material made, and what do testing claims cover?
Use the documentation for the particular material and lot rather than assume domestic manufacture from the location of the seller or testing laboratory. Independent testing does not establish the manufacturing country, facility certification, or every quality attribute. Contact support for available sourcing documentation; rely only on claims supported for the relevant source and lot.
Can I view historical reports or verify with the laboratory?
The Batch COA catalog retains published historical records as the collection grows. Historical results apply to their identified samples, not automatically to current stock. Use the issuing laboratory’s verification link or report ID when available and retain the applicable record for your research documentation.
Laboratory receipt & handling
Where are laboratory storage, handling, and SDS documents available?
Follow the material-specific and lot-specific documentation together with your laboratory’s receipt, storage, handling, and disposal procedures. Contact support for available documentation, including safety data sheets (SDS), if it is missing. Storage conditions, stability periods, and analytical preparation methods must be established for the particular material and laboratory application, not inferred from another product or a general FAQ.
What temperature-control conditions apply during transport?
Temperature-controlled transport applies only when expressly specified for the order. Receive and store delivered materials promptly under the applicable laboratory procedure. Cold packaging alone does not demonstrate that a defined temperature range was maintained throughout transit. See the Shipping Policy.
How should a laboratory document a receipt discrepancy?
Segregate the material from laboratory use, preserve packaging and lot identifiers, and record the condition on receipt. Contact support with the order details and photographs. Visual appearance is not an analytical test of identity, purity, or microbiological attributes. Follow the laboratory’s hazard-control, investigation, and disposition procedures.
Rewards & account information
How do I select order rewards?
Use Configure rewards in the cart to choose available items when eligible. The current order milestones are $100 for a research fluid, $250 for an eligible peptide priced strictly under $75, $375 for an additional research fluid, and $500 for an eligible premium peptide priced strictly under $120. Choices are limited to the products offered in the selector; the premium list applies its own strength-selection rules. Adding a normal paid product does not make it a free reward. All reward materials have the same research-only restrictions.
Do coupons affect rewards?
They can. Eligibility and retention rules differ by reward, so there is not one universal before-discount or after-discount rule. The cart applies the active rules and updates eligibility as products, quantities, or coupons change. Where SUMMER15 is available and valid, its own discount is excluded from its $250 minimum check, but other discounts count against that minimum. A reference here does not activate or guarantee availability of a coupon. Review the final reward lines before ordering.
How do storage-case rewards work?
The current case milestones are $100, $600, $1,500, and $3,000, corresponding to 4-, 10-, 28-, and 60-vial cases. Eligibility uses the account history and qualifying current-order calculation; previously earned milestones affect which case is awarded. They are not four recurring gifts on every order. Check the lifetime procurement progress and actual case line in the cart. These milestones do not promise automatic percentage discounts.
Does my Chameleon order history automatically count at Polymer?
Do not assume that Chameleon accounts, purchase history, discounts, or reward balances transfer automatically. If you have a question about recognition of prior history, contact support before relying on a particular reward or placing an order.
Privacy & records
What research-access information is recorded?
The access process records your email verification, name, country, selected research setting, optional organization, typed attestation signature, attestation version and timestamp, access expiry, and technical security information such as a hashed IP-related identifier and browser information. These records support account access and document the declarations you made; they are not a professional certification.
How are account-record requests submitted?
Email support@polymerpeptides.com for access, correction, deletion, or retention questions. Requests are subject to applicable law and record-retention requirements. See the Privacy Policy. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or confidential research protocols in an initial request.
